Payment may be made by the  following methods:

Leasing: We also offer a leasing program through Technology Leasing Corporation of San Jose, California.

Returns: The following manufacturers DO NOT allow returns. Purchase orders for these vendors are accepted only on a non-cancelable and non-refundable basis.

• WebSense 

Other manufacturers allow returns. We reserve the right to impose a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must have an RMA number. Call us at  650-728-2153 or send an email to admin@BayAreaNetworkSecurity.com to request an RMA number. Please use UPS, Fed Ex, or insured parcel post. Customer is responsible for insuring all equipment. Use original packaging/boxes when returning product.

We  reserve the right to not refund related fees, i.e. shipping and handling.         

Shipping: We ordinarily use Federal Express for shipping. If you prefer another carrier, advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Product is shipped FOB, i.e. ownership passes to the purchaser at point of shipment and you are charged for shipping. Our normal cut off time for shipping is 2:00 PM PST, however, we can ship later depending on the warehouse product is drawn from.

Sales Tax: California customers are subject to sales tax according to their county.We do not charge sales tax on out of state shipments. Resellers within California must provide us with a completed California resellers certificate prior to shipment.     

Warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.
